Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the CS Athletic website or placing an order. By accessing our site or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Information
CS Athletic designs and manufactures custom cheerleading and dance apparel, including uniforms, practice wear, shoes, bags, and accessories. All sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Ordering Process
To place an order, email info@cs-athletic.com with your team name, product interest, design ideas, and quantities. All orders are handled via email to ensure accuracy and documentation.
Once your design is approved, sizes and quantities are confirmed, and payment is received, your order will be placed into production.
3. Payment Terms
Orders must be paid in full before production begins. Accepted payment methods include:
• Zelle
• Wire Transfer
• Direct Deposit
• Check
• Credit Card (3.5% processing fee applies)
Invoices will be issued after order confirmation. Late payments may result in production or shipping delays.
4. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times begin after final artwork approval, size confirmation, and payment. Standard times are:
• Uniforms: 4–5 weeks
• Practice Wear: 3–4 weeks
• Shoes & Bags: 4–5 weeks
Orders placed during peak season (July–December) may require additional time. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance.
5. Shipping
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier schedules. Once an order has shipped, CS Athletic is not responsible for transit delays. Overnight shipping is not available. Standard delivery ranges from 3–10 business days.
6. Order Accuracy & Claims
Once your order arrives, you must inspect and count all items within 48 hours. Do not distribute any product until confirmed against the final invoice and artwork.
If you believe there is an error in your order:
• Contact your sales representative within 48 hours
• Do not hand out items until the issue is reviewed
• Claims made after items have been distributed may not be accepted
7. Custom Product Policy
All CS Athletic products are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing error. Because every order is made to specification, all sales are final.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and content on this site are the property of CS Athletic. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
CS Athletic is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, errors, or website use. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the item(s) purchased.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
