Why do we only use e-mail for orders?
Glad you asked! The fastest way to get a response is via e-mail, we understand that everyone has a preferred method of contact, however, we want to ensure that every part of the order process is documented to prevent the confusion that can happen when multiple mediums of contact are used to discuss the ordering process (text, phone, e-mail, messenger, etc..)
This also keeps the process efficient and seamless and allows our representatives to respond the quickest.
After we receive your e-mail, you will be assigned to one of our professional sales representatives to continue the process (if you haven’t already).
Please ensure you check your spam as sometimes the cheerstix.com e-mail will get filtered.
Your sales representative will assist you with quotes, free artwork, and getting your order finalized.

If you have questions or need clarification on sizing or turnaround times, please email your representative.
Once you are happy with your designs and have sent us your quantities, you will be sent a link to preview your items and the order quantities. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you confirm the Pantone Colors, Quantities, and Designs.
Once you are POSITIVE that EVERYTHING IS CORRECT, you will reply back confirming the order as it is shown on the preview link.
Your sales representative will send you an invoice and your order will need to be paid in full BEFORE production will begin.
What payment options do we accept?
In order to keep costs low, we prefer a Zelle, check, direct deposit, or wire transfer. This helps us pass along the savings to you with free artwork, free shipping, lower minimums, and additional quantity discounts.
We will accept credit cards, however, there is a 3.5% processing fee.
Once payment has been made, please notify your sales representative so they can submit your order into production.
Now You Get To Relax!
We own all of our factories (no outsourcing here!) so your order can be tracked from start to finish.
If you would like to know the status of your order please reach out to your sales representative. Please note that all estimated ship dates are ESTIMATED. As stated in our turnaround time information page, in hand dates are only guaranteed when rush fees are paid.
VERY IMPORTANT!
Once you receive your order, open it and count and confirm everything against your approved artwork/packing slip. This should be common practice for any order you receive.
Please follow the instructions on your packing slip and do not hand out anything if you think there is an error with your order. Please reach out to your representative within 48 hours to receive assistance and file a claim. We cannot process a claim if the products were handed out prior to confirming that the order itself had the error.
