About the Role
CS Athletic is seeking a talented and creative Cheerleading Uniform Designer to develop custom uniforms, practice wear, and accessories for cheer and dance teams worldwide. This role is about translating client ideas into production-ready designs that combine style, performance, and team identity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and sales reps to understand vision and needs
- Create custom designs for uniforms, practice wear, and accessories
- Ensure designs are production-ready and align with CS Athletic quality standards
- Stay current with cheer and dance apparel trends
- Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in apparel or fashion design (cheer/dance apparel preferred)
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator or similar)
- Strong understanding of garment construction and production processes
- Attention to detail and ability to translate ideas into accurate technical drawings
- Passion for the cheer and dance industry
